100 Wines 100 Moments

We are giving away 100 bottles of WINE to 100 bloggers over the next 100 days. The catch? We just need a photo or video from you about the MOMENT you chose to share this bottle of wine with (you don’t even have to blog about us). It’s just our way of convincing Malaysia that wine is all about sharing and bringing people together.

Hi, my name is Shaun Lee and I am the co-founder of WineActually.com. I have been amazed at what the blogging community has achieved in the last couple of years especially in Malaysia, and we really want to be part of it. In fact, we’re already part of it at WineActually.TV but we would like to be more involved! (We refers to my partner, Wilson and I)

How does it work?

I supply the bottle of wine, and you supply the people and the moment. Nothing fancy, just something real and heartwarming to be part of 100 wines 100 moments. Share it with your grandpa and grandma, or your parents, or your friends, or even your long lost cousin. The moment could be warm and fuzzy, funny, playful, sympathetic, passionate, mournful or anything you could think of. So go wild!

Although I would like this to be for and about bloggers, I have no problems if you want to invite a celebrity, (bikini) supermodel or stripper friend along. We (Wilson and I) would appreciate an invite too and will try to make it where we can – with or without your bikini supermodel friend.

NO, you don’t have to blog about WineActually.com, although I would appreciate the occasional link back here and a link back there. If you want to tell your friends and readers about this freebie, that would be really cool too. Feel free to spread the love.

YES, I do ask that you email us some pics, video links or blogpost links of the event so I could build our collage of 100 wines 100 moments below.

Why am I doing this?

I believe very much in marketing with love, people and social media. And this idea is a perfect fit. On top of that, it happens to be in line with our founding principle at WineActually.com of wine being about fun and enjoyment with food, family and friends.

I am not giving away wines because I have something to say to our customers, but because I actually want to hear what you have to say.

And to be perfectly honest, I couldn’t think of a better reason than being with people you cherish the most to open a bottle of wine!

The 100 wines 100 moments campaign will run until the last 100th bottle of wine has been given away. So it’s a running deadline.

By the way, I would like to reserve my right to make changes to the provisos of the offer in case any authorities/lawyers come chasing after me.

Our Provisos:

• You live in West Malaysia, have an active blog for the past 3 months and must be a genuine blogger.
• You must be of legal drinking age ie, 18 years old and above in Malaysia.
• You are under no obligation to say anything about WineActually.com though we do ask that you email us at least a photo, video link or blogpost link of your moment so I could build our collage of 100 wines 100 moments. Any link backs would be appreciated too!
